  I like this traditional pub with its inglenook fireplace and sofas around it. The food is all freshly cooked and having had many meals here I haven't ever had any faults with them. It is old fashioned here and may not be as up market as some but this also means you will usually find its not too crowded

  Been to the pub for drinks a few times and have seen people eating Roast dinners and have looked really nice.
  Booked a table for 6 of us,The service was was pretty quick.
  Staff gave Good service and we're polite.
  I ordered a side order of Chips and could taste that they were cheap open chips out of a packet.
  Doesn't take much to peel a potato.
  
  My main meal was just not good at all,dry bland and boring.
  The mood dropped quick with all my Family all not enjoying the meal.
  
  Wouldn't go back for food but would for drinks.

  This will be are 3rd visit to the Crabtree and we will keep coming back as the breakfast is great with a really friendly service and the rooms are neat and tidy with plenty of space. They really made us feel welcome and shoreham by sea is a lovely place to visit.
